[Resolved] Fastrack — fastrack watch | |||
I bought fastrack watch from my home town Thalassery Kerala and its hardly a week i used that phone. When i complained about the problem he send the watch to the service center and it took 1 month to get back. When i got my watch back i was happy that my problem get resolved but it lasts only a day and again it get damaged.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, I bought a watch from fast rack store, shop # F 18A, First floor, Lulu shopping Mail, Edapally, Cochin 24. After about 7 months coating on the casing of the watch start fading and heavy irritation on the wrist happened. Handed over to the same shop for rectifying the defect a month back which is under warranty period.
Now when I enquire about the watch the shop keepers say it has been sent to company and still we are waiting a reply. No idea how long its going to take further. If this is how the warranty period runs in a reputed watch company then better not to have any warranty for anything.
