[Resolved]  Fastrack — Non availability of its wrist

I have purchased a Fastrack watch (Titan SS Back 50M WR)(4035PP01) whose wrist is torn off and I am trying my best to purchase the same from its authorized dealers, but unfortunately they are unable in providing me the same with the remarks that the said model of watch has been closed by the company and its accessories are not available with them. So I request your good self that if such a big company cannot provide a satisfactory service to its customers then were should we go.
