[Resolved] Fastrack — Water enters in the watch | |
Dear Sir/Madam
I purched Fasttrack watch Model No.3076SEA form OM Watch company, Borivali West, Mumbai on 05/02/13.
In the monsoon I found water droplets in side the glass. I visited Authorized work shop twice at " Word of TITAN" Kukatpally, Hyderabad. But the problem is persists.
Details are as
1) Date 10/08/2013 for 3days
2) Date 31/08/2013 for 2weeks 9as they said that they will send this to coampany.
what i thought, if the water going in side just becoz of rain out side, it means it is not water resistance at all(as pper specification it is 50mtr).
Please rectify the problem or repalce it.
I am very tired of it
