[Resolved]  Fastway Cable Bathinda — no signal

Sir, I am Shikha Goyal from bathinda, Punjab complaining about the cable operator FASTWAY that from about 3 weeks, there is no proper signal of all the channels. I have talked to customer care executive many a time approximately 15 times, but there is no response. No operator had been to our home to check the box or whatever the problem thought every time your customer care executive told me to wait for the remedy or of coming of local operator to check it.

Sir, Please check the problem whetever otherwise inform us that it can't be rectified and oblige.

I am Harpreet from mohali, Punjab complaining about the cable operator FASTWAY that from about 3 weeks, I am trying to implement a cable connection but the cable operator is asking that set up box is not available.The mobile no. of the operator is [protected].
sir i am surinder singh from bathinda complaining that cable operator is hot giving us the set up box.from last 1o days he telling us that he will come but still no response from him.he has no manners to talk to customer.his no. is [protected].i am waiting for your response.

NO chice to customer to selcet packs

No choice is given to customer to choose pack as shown on website.. i was interested to buy new connection but operator said we will charge minimum 250re pr month
