[Resolved] Fastway — setup box not working | |||
hi i m manmohan working in BSNL at Amritsar . I have three fastway cable connection working at my home .for few days back i m facing problem with service . you have provided me 3 setup box for the above 3 connection BUT none of box working ,, for what reason i dont know????????? but this is also about your workers who provide the service along with technical staff.. no one is taking careoff regarding problem ...they r just talking but doing nothing .. my setup box not working . i call costumer care many time but no action on my complaints .fastway providing very bad service because no action my complaints any person . i m calling many time in help line number very person pick a phone and say sorry sir i m forward my request pls wait so tell how many time i m wait ?. this is very serious issues but no body bother

hello Sir. I am from Faridkot and i am using set up box of Fast Way company. I complainted the fastway dealer several times but no action had been taken. They took away my set up box as per my complaint and promised me to settle in 3-4 working days but from last three months, nothing is solved. Its my humble request you to please take a strict action against them. It would be really appreciable. Thanks

not implanting new step up box
Complaint number 35996. I have been fooled around from like 4 days.
