[Resolved] FDC LTD — non booking of consignment | |||
dear sir, i went to the professional courier head office located at old govt hosp, vijayawada to send two envolops to mumbai. but the lady available there has responded upto 15minutes and finally she taken the parcels to book. she has rejected to book those covers because of silly reason. she dont have change for rs.100. the big company professional courier should not say such silly reasons and should not loose your customers. iam aloyal customer of yours since 5years. i felt dissatisfied and unhappy, because iam new to vijayawada and searched for the office for a hour and spent rs.50 for an auto.eventhouh the result is poor. and finally i have booked my envolops in dtdc courier.i think you have to take disciplinary action on them with an acknowledgement to me.pls dont neglect small customers thank you from subramanyam, vijayawada Was this information helpful? | |||

sir, i had booked a parcel to kolkata from anantapur my docket no is 1736031 of dated 24/2/2011 but the parcel is not yet delivered. i called many times to ur office in hyd.and spoke to arundati.i called more than 100 times u can know from her.she gave me kolkata no after speaking them they told they had not received the parcel. i called again to hyd and spoke to many members.after that they transfer my called to sheker i spoke mand called him many times some times he never receive my call.and after one month he said the parcel is lost and told me to send the documents.after sending and waiting for one month he is saying to wait for one more month. i told i have to pay the money to the consignee.he told me u can do what ever u want i told him i will send a complaint and notice he said.do what ever u want the matter belong to the company not to me.what the responce they r giving
