[Resolved] Ferns And Petals — DISAPPOINTING SERVICE AND UNABLE TO TRACK ORDER
I have placed 3 orders from ferns and petals on 10th of February bearing order number[protected],[protected] and[protected].Out of the three two orders got placed but the product with order no.70134774 is not delivered.
Its now so terrible that they now could even give me the AWB no. so that i could track it myself with the Blue Dart Courier.Everytime their customer care executives give excuses.they commited that it would be delivered within 24 hrs when i complained on 12th February.Its unbelievable that they don't even have the AwB no.of the product that they sent through courier.Now,i am not sure what would happen next.
