This is regarding the items not delivered to my address as per the time mentioned while booking through the FnP app. Order ID : 43452004
The Items were supposed to be delivered to my address on 11th June, 23 before 9PM but it didn't. I called the customer care @10:15PM and raised a complaint number[protected] and they assured me that I will get the items in the first half 12th June, 2023.
I have waited for the whole day so that I will get the items today, I called customer care 6 times today and they replied only one thing "raised a concern with the respective team and they are working on it" but I am not sure how the company works if they do not provide me real time update on the delayed items.
Please refund the money to the source account today. If not, an email will be send to the Fnp top level management for harassment.
