[Resolved] First Flight — non delivery of parcel and rude behaviour | |
This is with reference to a pacel that was supposed to be delivered on the 14th aug 2009.But due to the office being closed on tht day, they did not deliver it.But to our amazement, we did not receive r parcel even on the 17th aug.2009 .On not receiving the parcel, i dropped down at their office nd asked them about the delivery, on which they argued tht the concerned person will has alreadyt left nd will be reaching in some time.However when one of them checked, our parcel of mori gate, the supposed destination was not yet dispatched, lying in unattended corner . Here's the best part, after all this i ask them to deliver it at my home coz i had gone there on a bike nd getting the parcel was not feasible, asap. It's been 1hour now nd still they r unable to deliver it at a distance of not even 1 km.When i called them up just now, they bluntly reply that u can complaint wherever u eel like, but we r helpless. First Flight Kashmeri gate branch, is the one i'm talking about. So please look into the issue with this branch or the company per se. And others please DO NOT USE "FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS" Was this information helpful? | |

Dear sir / madam,
this is regard, i have send the last week one cover at paramakudi, i given the address for the post should not be given the right address, he will give some other address, the post till date not given the right address,
the courier boys and the company staffs should not be given the propess response, please take the actions should be immediately
the irresponsible answer was given the staffs in the paramakudi in near ramanathapuram dist please kindly do the actions immediately
and please collect the documents and please handover to the right address

This is not regarding courier comlaint, this is regading cheap behaviour working peoples in First Flight office located at Adampur Doaba, Jalandhar near PNB bank, its owner is Mr. Ganesh and two courier boys are Mr. Deep Kumar and Mr. Sunny.
Courier boy is sending me cheap sms fron las 8 months, while I came to know that which person is sending these messages to me that is Courier boy Mr. Deep Kumar. I compained to owner of agency Mr. Ganesh, but he is not take any action against that courie boy Mr. Deep kumar, he is a so much cheap person, even I've changed my number, but from last days he is calling on the phone of our office at bank at adampur. then 10 days ago I did complaint in Police station against his behaviour, but still he is doing the same things.
