First Flight Courier — Non-Delivery of Consignment on 12th day | |||
My father, Sanjay Bhavsar, had sent a envelope containing very important Income Tax documents by First Flight courier on 29th December 2010 i.e. Wednesday from Nasik. Consignment Number – M77108321. Delivery Address – Dr.Sneha Bhavsar 1209/5, Mettuguda Railway Colony, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh On the day of booking the First Flight people told that it will be reaching Hyderabad address by Friday/Saturday. On 3rd January 2011, my father (the consignor) called up First Flight Nasik office 2-3times to enquire about the delay in delivery of consignment. They promised that it will be delivered by 4th January noon. After this, till date i.e. 9th January 2011 Sunday, the parcel has not be delivered to me in Hyderabad. The e-tracking page on internet doesn’t show any details. My father is calling up the First Flight office everyday – Nasik and Hyderabad Office. But it is still not delivered.
