These people must be punished well, they work worst even Indian Postal is not getting better .

Please never opt for FIRST FLIGHT courier service. They promise you that your courier will reach by tomorrow but it never. As in my case they have to deliver a courier to Patiala which has been sent from delhi and it reaches to me after 7 days that too when i called to their office hundred times for continuously four days. In the end the person who was supposed to deliver me courier called up and said that his cycle tyre is punctured so i have to go to pick that courier. So, I would never suggest others to use this service. i have never seen such a poor courier service before.

The worst ever courier service I have seen so far.These people are very unprofessional. In my case I did follow up several times for my consignment status but no response they don't even bother at all.If they can't serve well then what's the purpose to run a courier service. They should understand how critical and urgent the post is.It's totally wastage of one's time and money.There is need to take some strict action against them.
