[Resolved]  First Flight Courier Service — Delivering to a wrong Person

how can i get the parsel

My Consignment No. B39664941, booked on 27.01.2009, has been delivered to the addressee on 28.01.2009 at 14:30 hrs.

This was regarding a court matter, and therefore, we need the original POD with original seal and signature.

Please arrange to deliver the same immediately, in any event within 3 days from today, at my following address:

I have faced the same problem. The courier was dispatched on 1st oct from Chennai and has not reached till date. Consignment no C 06427116. I called them numerous times at First Flight and was now told taht it has already been delivered to some Motilal. How can the courier company deliver a courier to anyone other than the addressee or his immediate family.

Disgusting Company First Flght. I will take this matter to Consumer Court

Delay in delivery & No updation of status in web tracking

Consignment No. W991m0055283 booked on 12.06.2014 from Roorkee to Rajahmundry. On the 5th day, the consignment has not reached and the status in web tracking shows last entry of 13th June at Delhi.
