My name is LakshmiPriya. I joned in Trichy First Source on October 22nd 2008 as Customer Care Executive. I resigned my job on september 2009 due to my wedding. After my marriage i got setted in Bangalore due to which i could not come to Trichy to get my salary. When i claimed my Pf amt and salary on July 2010 i got only my Pf amt . first Source HR executives rejected my salary claim stating that already 10 months are expired, and hence the salary cheque became outdated so it would not be possible to credit the last month salary
