[Resolved]  FirstSource Solutions Ltd — RC and payment issue

Dear Sir,
I bought Santro GLS from Goyal Automobiles, Kapurthala Rd, Jalandhar on 20 Oct'08 by making full down payment of Rs.366808/- on my company's name i.e. Firstsource Solutions Ltd. I was not give any corporate discount. Car temp number PB08 0229.

I was promised for RC, Rust paint, two yrs additional warranty, insurance, music system, seat cover etc.

I has give Rs.1000/- cash for booking the car which was alreay standing in the showroom. I was told that receipt book is not available; so receipt woul be given to you later. till date I haven't got the same.

I asked for alloy wheels and paid Rs.7800/- for the same by cheque. However, when I was writing name of the company the sales manager told me don't worry I would write it for you. I gave him the cheque and didn't check what has he written. I came to know when I checked my bank transanctions that he wrote his own name on the cheque and withdrawn the money.

When I asked for the RC I was told that your payment is outstanding hence it is not done. I was asked to make Rs.4000/- by GM Mr. IP Sharma. I made the payment in Feb'09. I was told that now RC would be processed. Just to confirm I again called up and I was told that still full payment is not made by you hence RC is not being processed.

Now I have been asking for the balance of payment which is suppose to be made but till date they are not able to tell me the exact figure.

Sometime I am being told that Corporate discount was given which was not authorised and payment for alloys is still pending etc etc.

I have not been given invoice/bill till date.
Rs.366808 was paid in full as we new that we are not getting corporate discount.
Receipt for Rs.1000/- and Rs.7800 (paid by cheque) not received and they say people who took the money are no longer with the company/dealer.

I had paid the cash/cheque to the manager of the dealer; whom customer belives as they are holding very important position.

I have been calling on daily basis and still no proper response is being received.

Need your help to resolve this.

Hi,

I am also going through the same thing. I had picked up Santro GL from Goyal Hyundai. The sales Manager was Paramjeet Sehgal, who said you can pick up the car and we can wait for the payment for one month with out any interest charges. I had paid the downpayment before picking up the car and was told that billing will be done after wards. I got the car on 25th of December and maid the rest of the payment on 18th of January that is with in 1 month as promised. They said that bill book is not available and the same will be sent to your address shortly. When I did not receive the invoice for 10-15 days, I went to Goyal Hyundai and asked for the same. They gave me the invoice dated 5th of Feb and said that my payment is done and I will get my documents in another 15 days time. After 1 month I again went to Goyal Hyundai, Kapurthala Road to confirm for the RC, they informed me that my payment was late so I have to pay another 6400 as interest charges.

I would like to say that these guys are cheating their own customers and spoiling Hyundai's Rapport in the market.

I need justice in this case and ask for the appeal from consumer court.
