[Resolved]  Flat Purchase — Delay in handovering

We have purchased a 2BHK flat in Janapriya Metroposlis in Motinagar.We had paid the intial amount in 2009 June and we were waiting for the remaining amount to pay for the completion of the project.According to the project developers we were suppose to get the flat in 2010 Feb but it's been more than 15 months we have been waiting.When we contacted them for the handover we were told that on priority basis if we pay the whole amount we would be handed over by the flat within 2-3 weeks time.We have paid the whole amonut form our end in the month of April 2011.Later we were told that there is a delay in the project and it would take another 15 more days.As those 15 days passed on every timw whenever we approach we would be told the time of same 15 days story.

We really don't know how to persue this issue as we only know one sales rep in the company and he would never guide us properly.As we stay in bangalore, it is really getting this issue in to our nerves that how can we get ou flat.

We are already on the looser's side that we started paying the full EMI from July 2010.Please help us in this issue as we are also burdened up with the Bangalore rental charges.
