Flipkart — after 25 days also not refunding my money even after receiving back the products in desired condition

I had purchased 8 tshirts out of which 4 i returned by july end eligible for refund of rs 1020.. but its 25 days and still i havent been refunded the amount .. evry time i call customer care they say its credited to your bank account but my bank told me theres no such credit done yet .. moreover its 6 to 7 times i requested them and they are taking it for granted and not returning my money .. its causing a lot of harrasement to me and i request you to look into the matter and please help me out as soon as possible Website- Flipkart.com Order id - OD[protected]
