[Resolved] Flipkart.com — BOOK NOT DELIVERED | |||
I HAD ORDERED ABOOK FROM THE FLIPKART SITE ON 07/09/2011 AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT SHALL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 4 DAYS. DESPITE MY MANY CALLS ON THE CALL CENTRE AND MAILS TO THEM NO RESPONSE WAS GIVEN AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE BOOK. ON ENQUIRY THEY SAY THAT THE COURIER SERVICE HAS RETURNED THE SHIPMENT WITH REMARKS THAT ADDRESS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FACT IS I AM RESIDING HERE SINCE LAST MANY YEARS AND MY MOBILE NO. IS ALSO GIVEN.
