[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Didn't refund the money | |
i want to lodge complaint against Flipkart , because company didn't refund my money of order No. OD[protected].
i Purchase an item on 23 Aug 2013, but i was not satisfied with the item so i refunded that item on 28 Aug 2013. and they promised me to refund my amount within 7-10 days... even I contacted to the flipkart customer care more than 5 times till now but thay didn't take any action.

ARN number provided and issue stands resolved.

Spoke to cust and informed her that we have refunded Rs 780 /- on Aug 28, 2013. However, still the amount status is pending so we will update with an ARN number cust agreed.
