I have purchased a Samsung galaxy note II from flipkart.Com in emi mode. My order no is od[protected] and ordered on 28th nov'12. I got the parcel on Saturday but when I opened the parcel my product (Samsung galaxy note II) was missing in the parcel.
After complaining the same to customer customer several times some one Mr. Som - technical supervisor of Flipkart committed me that he will be sending me the replacement by Monday.
But when I called up again on Monday to check the status of my replacement executive told me that we have not send the replacement till now, we have escalated this to higher authorities, and we will be calling you back in 24 to 48 hours but I have not received any call nor my product. After contacting to customer care number everybody says that Som is not available and we have escalated your case.
Flipkart is a cheater company. I have trusted on this site and made the payment through my credit card. I should have made the payment on delivery time. Was this information helpful? |
