Flipkart.com — Inaction by Flipkart.com

I had ordered a HP 2000-2D28TU laptop from Flipkart.com on 15 Aug 2013 and with a offer of a coupon of Rs 2000 which could be redeemed on HP website by 21s August and as per the mail from Flipkart, the laptop was to be delivered by 20th August but it was not delivered by 20th and after a numerous calls to their customer care I was told that it would be delivered on 21st but again it was not delivered and when I called the customer care after the delivery which was on 23rd they told me that they would get the redemption done and will give a call back within 24 hours but even after 2 days I did not get a call back and therefore I had to bear a loss of Rs. 2000.
