I ordered four books to Flipkart.com on 13 sept 2013, It ensures me to ordered delivery in 4-5 days. But it gets delayed so much after calling to customer care 2-3 times they replaced my order with new order on 23 sept 2013 and said that we will dispatch it on 25 sept 2013 and promise me to delivery it till 28 sept 2013. But the item was dispatch on 28 sept 2013 and i receive it on 1 oct 2013.
