Flipkart — Delivery not done even after continued followup | |||
I have placed an order for Jabra headset worth 5500. before placing the order i have confirmed with customer care ( cs) for the delivery time, they confirmed it will 2 to 5 days which is listed in the order page. i have placed order on jul 31st Jul 2013. Flipkart has placed the order for shipment with thier courier partner EKART on 2nd Aug 2013. since then order tracking page of FLIPKART is always showing intransit to Hub.i have started calling the CS since 8th of Aug. when ever i call they say it is in intransit and we are working. when ever i call EKART they give negligent answer saying " Order is missed some where, call flipkart to place a replacement order". i have been calling them daily twice but all ways they say "we owe you our deepest apologies for the inconvenience caused.We at Flipkart, are very serious about our customer’s satisfaction and we work hard to get to the bottom of any customer complaints. This missed opportunity to give you an enjoyable experience with us is something that we could never abide by. To ensure that this will never happen again, we are taking special measures." but never acted upon my Order. Was this information helpful? | |||
