Before ordering this product I read the reviews on the website and it didn't state good with delivery, hence I called the customer support of Flipkart and spoke to the sales supervisor on the floor Mr. Deepak on Saturday August 17, 2013. He assured me that those reviews are of past and now I would get the delivery right on time. This assurance of the sales team expert lead me, to order the product (OD[protected] & OD[protected]) but after 9 days of ordering it was still in a "ready to be shipped" state. Shame of Flipkart !!! Hence I cancelled them. Flipkart does not provide the seller's information to confirm the stock availability nor does take any complaints. I needed this to record my work and now I'm suffering all due to flipkart false promises. While deducting the amount it didn't take much time and deducted immediately from my credit card but while refunding it needs 12-15 business days as stated to me by the customer support representative. This is not fair, Flipkart take people's money and then doesnot deliver the product on time and then delay in refunding. What is the use of online shopping then ???
