Flipkart — wrong commitment from flipkart

my Order ID: OD[protected]. I had booked Sony SRS-D9 2.1 Multimedia Speakers from flipkart 5 aug. he committed delivered in 2-3 business day but till date not receive product or no any update.make payment online . i call several time flipkart customer care he told i am find out your order. how you people commit give delivery 2-3 days. what i can do right now .

FLIPKART TOOK MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND NEVER DELIVERED THINGS ON TIME.. THEY JUST SCAM ME BY GIVING WRONG INFORMATION...
