[Resolved]  Food Bazaar (T24 Mobile) — T24 balance not credited even after the deadline of resolving of complaints

I shoped from Food Bazar, Alipore Road, Kolkata but the T24 talktime was not credited. I called twicw their Customer Care, they told that it will be credited within 24 hrs. When it didnt happen I raised a complain, now even after crossing the deadline of resolving of comlaints, I didnt receive my T24 talktime.Details given below.
