When I was purchasing my car, Brij Ford people treat me very well. But during servicing they are very unprofessional. Some of the problem with Allahabad service center are as follow-
1. Even though car came in morning for servicing but they give it around 4PM after servicing- Highly time consuming.
2.They took approx.6 to 8 Hours for servicing but servicing is of bad quality.
3. Shop Incharge behaviour is not friendly with customer.
4. Their is no quality inspection after servicing.
5.Servicing Job card are neither properly filled & nor checked by quality Inspector.
6.Some of work which is visible for customer, like Washing & cleaning not up to the mark for World Class Car Manufacturing Company.
7.Some of the step of Servicing like greasing, polishing etc are not doing by them , when we ask then they do it.
8.After 2nd free servicing I found my 5th tyer which is placed in dicky (stapeny) was replace by faulty one , When I complained it they denied it and say it may be replace for your any faulty tyer. But without telling me how they can replace it ?
9. On-line Customer Care page not working.
Please look into the matter. I hope you will respond positively for FORD Service centre at Allahabad.
And provide me my 5th tyer as new one. For a FORD like world known company such type of services is very bad & it is very unprofessional.
