[Resolved]  Ford Fiesta 1.4 Tdci Ltd Edn — Dealer's misbehaviour

Dear Sir,

I have deposited advance booking ammount of Rs 51000/- through cheque dated[protected] infavour of Garuda automobiles pvt ltd dhanbad(jharkhand) but due too much late in delivery I have informed to dealer through email(date:[protected] that kindly refund my booking amount.
After all these he/she is continously harrasing(mentally) me and not refunding my amount
Kindly solve this problem and refund my booking amount from dealer
