I HAD PURCHASED A FORD FIESTA EXI 1.6 PETROL ON[protected] FROM THE BHAVANA AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD NERUL ,MAHARASHTRA (INDIA).THE CAR HAS A HOLE IN THE AIR INTAKE HOSE . THE DEALER TOLD US TO WAIT FOR A MONTH TO GET IT EXCHANGED BUT HE HAS STILL NOT GOT THE HOSE WE ORDERED. AFTER FEW MONTHS WHEN WE CONTACTED THEM FOR THE HOSE THEY SAID THAT THE HOSE THEY ORDERED IS FOR OTHER MODEL. SO, I AM REQUESTING YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. VEHICLE IDV-534850. Now I read the news paper dated 11.01.2011 same offer (71000/- cash discount + Sony LCD 22" free), I want to change the model 2011 instead of 2010. I talk Sales Manager Mr. Pranit Jaiswal that pleas provide 2011 model as above offer, difference amount of Rs. 7000/- I will be pay (ex Show Room price) but sales manager not ready for this.
