[Resolved]  Ford Fiesta — No Proper action Company

This mail is in continuation to my mail dated 12th Sept-11.
We complained to IOCL for the poor quality of fuel as advised by M/s Cargo Ford.

Please find enclosed is the feedback from the IOCL on our complaint.

“ They disagreed with the statement of poor quality of fuel. There has not been such complaint registered during that during & till the date”

I hope you must understand that there has been something technical fault in your car result into such problem.

You are requested take this matter with the dealer & ensure that the car must be repaired at company cost.
