Reminder Letter No. 02 I Mr. Rajesh D. Bansal, Residing at Hermes Heritage Soc., Fase -2, Flat No. 2&3, Shastrinagar, Yerwada, Pune.6, I have purchase 1.4 Figo Diesel Titanium-ICA Car Engine No. DU79424 Dt.29.03.2013, from your authorize Showroom Talera Automobile, Yerwada . When I buy this car that time Mr. Nitesh told me that Average of car is 22 per kilometer of said car. But when I am start to using said car, Average is very low only 12 to 13.5 Per Kilometer average given said car. Upto date Vehicle run only 5, 000 K.M. I have does many complaint about average on every routine servicing and various visits to the showroom and service center. So, sir please gives the early reply against complaint and sort out the problem.
