[Resolved] Ford Figo — things stolen

dear sir.
i have a ford figo zxi...and i went to the service centre for my first servicing. and after my servicing was over i found my pen drives stolen that was connected to my ford music system.and when i complain of it the manager did not give any response. my 2 pen drives were stolen,one of 4 gb and other of 8 gb costing around Rs 1200.
so ,i request u to take necessary action or suggest me what to do... m

Hi,
I had given my ford figo for service in MPL Ford Pallikarnai.After my service got over i found now my Fancy car pillow is missing,
When i enquire with them there is no proper response and replied that "Who asked you to keep the valuable things". and they comment that "Please esclate to any one we dont bother". I need to esclate to MPL ford management. pls share the contact number if any.
