[Resolved]  Ford Figo — Wrong Charges Taken

I am a Ford Figo Owner ( RJ-14-CM-6220) registered in the name of Virendra Choudhary. I have been using the vehicle from almost 2.5 years now, recently my car went for service wherein i had complain the service centre ( K.S. Cars Ltd) for noise into Car while turning the stearing to either of the side and also a loud voice into car on a rough rod. I had been charged for Rs. 2500(APPROX) saying a the stearing rod had been changed wherein i have read into a leading news paper( Amar Ujala- 14th SEPT,2013) that Fod has recalled the cars sold between Jan2010 and 2012 due to the same stearing and suspension issues and the same will be ratified without any charges than how come the dealer has charged me for the same . I would request you to pls take an appropriate action immediately on the captioned issue else i would have to knock the door of consumer forum .
