[Resolved]  Ford Figo Zxi — Manafacturing Defect New Car on delivery time

On 18.08.2012 I have booked new ford fiego ZXI model in one of your franchises namely Rajshree Automotive Pvt Ltd situated at G.N.Mills stop, Coimbatore. At that time of booking, they declare assured the booked car will be delivered on 31.08.2012. As per the assurance given by your dealer I have reached the above show room with my family members having lots of expectation. After 6 pm they called us for giving delivery. They tried to start the car. But it did not get started. They tried for more than an hour’s to start the new car. We all waited there with the expectation that the problem will be resolved. But as the problem was not identified by your staffs and pushed the car by manually to the service center. There also technicians tried nearly two hours. Everything went on vein. The car did not start due to major manufacturing defect. They came to us and apologized for not giving delivery on time. They told us like the defective car will be replaced with new car on tomorrow.
We all were disappointed very badly and returned to our home. The next day they called us and told that the car which had trouble in starting was made ready and you can take delivery. I am very shocked and surprised by the behavior of your staffs after hearing this. As we all are expecting new one. The behavior of your staffs is highly illegal and against law.
Kindly avoid legal proceedings by replacing defective car with new car.
