Ford Ikon — pathetic authorised service stations | |
i have a ford ikon flair 2004 model. i am staying in gurgaon- haryana. last month i got an appointment from harpreet ford. when i reached their they kept me waiting for 1 hr and no body starts repairing my car. when i asked that whats the fun of prior appointment than they bluntly said ' u have to wait does nt matter u came with prior appointments or so"" this is is pathetic behaviour of the service executive over their. Service being provided at Gangage FORD, Kolkata is horrible. They are not attending the problems properly and making money by cheating the customer. Due to poor service, I have replaced all the tryres of my car since last 3 months. Last time car has been handed over to us without resolving the problem. I am facing problem on regular basis. I do not expect such kind of service from company like FORD. We purchased two cars at a time from FORD. I do not know what we should do in future.
Please take action on immediate basis otherwise we would be compelled to go with Consumer Forum.
