I dont Know about past situation, but my friend as been refunded his amount. Have you called back company, have sent all empty boxes and invoice ?

This is an answer to your mail sent by you 3 days back in which you have claimed that ur company is not fraud i complete discard your view and i understand your bindings since you are company employee.
Atleast 100 times my uncle Mr.Rajendra Toshniwal who resides at D-9.Pride Park, Vedant Nagar Staion Road Aurangabad(MAH) whose cell no is [protected] has contacted your company representatives after sending empty bottoles on 28.08.08... which was recived by you on 05.09.08 as per the information given by the courior company and your representitaives Ms.Anita n you both have agreed that empty bottoles has recived and we will shortly send ur money back...my uncle has lost atleast 1000 rupees in contacting your company representatves and instead of money back he has lost 1000 again...
And If your company is not fraud why it has delayed for 10 months for refunding my amount as it was promised in all leading newspaper and magazines. then also how you claim that your company is not fraud????? your behavior and answer is like hindi phrase" ulta chor kotwal ko daante" i[censored] accept i challenge you to show my uncles cell call details record(CDR) that is a clean proof of cheating conducted by your company

wow its quite a lot...I nd my sister was actually thinking of buying this product for a month period...
they told me that in case it doesnt work, they will give me my money back...
we were actually thinking of ordering becoz the representatives told us tht it will definitely reduce 15-20 kilos of weight...
but after hearing you all i might think twice and might not buy it...

I have purchased your product BIOCAPTOL 8 days course of one bottles. Having your Invoice no. 367387 dated 20/12/2010, and received me on 27/12/2010.But after taking this all 50 tablets full course as par direction given on bottle.
I have not found any result nor have I lose a single Kg. weight. As par your promise in advertisement, you have given money bank guaranty.
So here I am sending empty bottles of BIOCAPITOL along with original bill, by Speed post.
Here you are requested to give me money back Rs. 1440.
And deposit in my SBI bank account.
these empty bottle received by the company by 08.01.2011. but the company after frquent persuation by me have not returned my amount as they have assured in the advertise itself. different employees of the company on phone given different answer 2 months have gone by but there is no refundation of amount yet as per promise made by the company in the advertisement.
