Im writing this mail after experiencing a worst customer service, from Franch Express.
I sent a courier from Bangalore to Chennai and i was literally unable to trace the courier. I first called this number in bangalore 23566547, and they told me, they cant trace a courier bound to chennai.
then i called this number in chennai 26411603, the lady promptly forwarded by call to some number, but no one picked the number, i waited on the call for a long time, the lady never updated me the the phone kept of ringing.
And almost all the times, your phones are busy..
Im going to spread the word about your courier and the service you offer.

This franch express service is really worst.
And when we call their customer service people in chennai im getting a un worthy answer.
Saying it is not returned and one side they saying it is taken for delivery.
As my package is from mumbai to chennai, and the package reached their chennai office on 22nd and on 23rd nov they updated its taken out for delivery but still now i dint received it!!!
Can someone look in to those kind of irritating service?
As this is worst than anything that a customer is not treated properly.
