[Resolved]  Franch Express — Courier Not Received

Dear Sir/Mam,

My docket no. is [protected] it is booked on 29-June-2012 To address is

Sadayankuppam Village Main Road,
Near MFL, Back side to SATVA CFS,

Mob. [protected]

but it is not delivered yet(12-July-2012). And customer care people(Nisha) says that it ll be delivered today and it is also confirmed by Harish in-charge of Franch Express Guindy(Mob. no.[protected]). But after 2 'O clock he didn't picked up his phone. Please advise me whom i have to complaint more already i made complaint regarding it.
