[Resolved] Franch Express — Delay in Delivery | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, My father has send some documents through Franch Express Courier Service from Trivandrum to Chennai (Chetpet) on 4th Dec'10. The Consigment no is A15796546 /dt:04-12-10. According to my knowledge the courier has reached chennai on 6th Dec'10. And today's date is 9th Dec'10, but still they didn't delivered the courier to me. I try to contact with Franch Express Customer Care[protected] and also the branch office[protected] from 7th Dec'10 onwards. But their respons was very poor and they keeping on waiting me upto 6 pm everyday(ie, 7th & 8th Dec'10) saying that it will get delivered within 10 to 15 minutes. And One of the branch office person[protected] shouted to me while I am enquring about the courier details. Kindly take this complaint into your sight and do the needful in the matter immediately. I wanted to make a complaint on my experience with Franch exp.cust.care about their service as well as their behaviour, but on seeing your complaint I decided against it as I FEAR IF I ALSO MAKE ANOTHER COMPLAINT THIS COURIER MAY CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE.

Pathetic service. When ever a courier service gives replies like "Workers did not come" "Delivery boy has fallen sick" "Van has not come" "Van break down" etc, just forget that courier company. They just don't have minimum standards. I just realized that Franch Express is one of those substandard courier companies. You too can find out by searching on Google for "Franch Express Customer Care Number" ... you will not find a proper number. Even if you find, most of the numbers are working working. These private courier companies have competed with the Government Postal Service (Speed Post) and pushed them out. But I think Speed Post is more reliable. My courier No. [protected] from Chennai to Bhimavaram is still lying in Vijayawada on the 3rd day after dispatch.

Last week I received a call from your office and asked about my address. I have not received the courier so far and just now I spoke to your people over phone[protected] and I am not getting proper response from them. My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com. VERY VERY BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, careless workers

last wednesday (23Dec2010)My friend sent a courier which contains(My exam ID card and my application proof.) .But Friday i didn't receive my cover.and then i use the tracker number and i cheked the status .it was "Taken for delivery".And then i contact the appropriate person which is specified in the Bill.that guy name is(Babu--[protected]) .He told "today office is leave so call me on monday".So i called that guy then he told call to head office number in coimbatore.Then i called head office they told "Sir, that is No service area" So we retruned to chennai.
WHAT A WORST SERVICE...
SO I was not able to atten me sem exams with out my Id card.But they simple saying "SORRY Sir".
Very very worst service...
So Guys Dont USE FranchExpress Couriers...
