I have sent a courier through Franch express in sholingnallur branch, Chennai on 5th Dec at 11am. They committed for the delivery by 7th Dec. Meanwhile there is no updation in system for tracking. No response from the number [protected] and [protected].
Today is end of day 8th Dec. Still no response.
We rely on them for fast goods movement. If they are not capable, why commit. We can go for other service providers.

Very very worst courier service not responding properly Priya and anandan they not even listening what am trying to say I have purchased 14 mar 2022 they have received 21 they said today 29/03/22 not even call courier guy I have to call and tracking my courier they said we can't courier today becoz we have short courier boys totally nonsense my energy waste of talk to this guy's morning 9.50 to around 2.30 no use to follow so upset what am try to say the vendor and stores don't give to like this kind of nonsense courier dep thanks

I put it for courier before 2 days.. And it is the 3rd day today.. Whn will u deliver it???? I'm so frustrated I need the courier to be delivered tomorw.

I have purchased a new tv on 3rd September with 55 inch and shipped through franch express at pudupet to salem

Amount paid was 1200 rs.

The material was delivered on 6th September. Is this it should work?

The delivery address looks correct ..in spite I see many misrouted... I called salem, Attur and ayothiyapatam branch offices and made a conversation with the person to make sure it delivers right address.

Box opened and after mounted the tv ..there was a black line which is 3inch in size.. Tv was damaged .

I called up :- salem branch (+[protected] and ayothiyapatam branch(+[protected] enquired and they simpley said to contact Chennai address.

They even collected the photocopies on the damage part as well.. sent via watsapp...

When I reached Chennai puthupet office ..the person name bala[protected]. He simple said to contact customer care.

Who is responsible for the damage.. I purchased and bala[protected] visited the tv showroom and took the weight of the shipment, rate as well..

Now he wants me to call customer care.. I need a amount refund or the tv screen replacement of the brand new tv.

The courier (AWB:[protected]) was dispatched from Virudhunagar (by 4th of Jan-2020) to Chennai and was told that it will be delivered by next day. The material was not received till date (8th of Jan-2020). The sender have registered a complaint (ID: TNIXM02023) by yesterday and even then the material is not delivered since 5 days. When I called the customer care ([protected]) for an update, the response was quite horrible. She doesn't know the meaning of customer/quality/service/value etc. Inspite of their mistake, she was scolding me and telling me to put down the call. Hopeless service!!! No customer empathy. Can some authority help deliver the product asap. Thanks

Hi, I have sent the Courier on 10-Oct-15 (Sat). They still didn't receive the courier yet. I have tried to contact the support number but no response from their side also I have tried to contact the tracking numbers ([protected]) either no response from their end. When will they receive my courier? This is really worst service I have ever never seen this before. I will raise an complaint in consumer service if they receive the courier before tomorrow.

Pathetic service. When ever a courier service gives replies like "Workers did not come" "Delivery boy has fallen sick" "Van has not come" "Van break down" etc, just forget that courier company. They just don't have minimum standards. I just realized that Franch Express is one of those substandard courier companies. You too can find out by searching on Google for "Franch Express Customer Care Number" ... you will not find a proper number. Even if you find, most of the numbers are working working. These private courier companies have competed with the Government Postal Service (Speed Post) and pushed them out. But I think Speed Post is more reliable. My courier No. [protected] from Chennai to Bhimavaram is still lying in Vijayawada on the 3rd day after dispatch.

I have couriered official documents through the Franch express courier and for my bad luck it is not delivered. and to the worst it has not come to my address also.
I have called all possible options to know the status but neither the website is working nor the employees of the Franch express are responding properly.
I am fed up and stopped wasting money on Call.

And customer care people(Nisha) says that it ll be delivered today and it is also confirmed by Harish in-charge of Franch Express Guindy(Mob. no.[protected]). But after 2 'O clock he didn't picked up his phone. Please advise me whom i have to complaint more already i made complaint regarding it.

A cover was booked for me at Karur , Tamil Nadu on[protected] by my cousin to my address at Chennai through Franch Express. The booking no was ,A 21827178. As the delivery was not effected during the next few days, the office at both the places were contacted frequently without success. Most of the time, nobody took the phone at Chennai office.
At last, after several complaints, the cover was delivered on[protected]. The reason for non delivery was written as refused/door locked etc. Unfortunately for them, because of a small fracture in my foot I was very much in my home for the past one month except the time of hospital visit on[protected] for two hours in the evening.
Is this the type of service expected from Franch Express courier. Letters posted in post office reaches on the third day to most of the places if not on the second day.We pay more money for the courier service , but the service provided is far from satisfactory.

Franch Express is the Worst courier service i had ever seen. They will not even reply properly and first of all they will not answer the calls. The people respond very badly. I have send a greeting card to my sister in law from chennai to bangalore and it has taken 5 days but still it has not reached the destination and customer service says that the address is out of city and my sis in law stays in city centre, ulsoor. I am totally un happy...

We had sent one parcel to Thrissur through Franch Express Courier No. A09327656 Dated 03.11.2010. This was neither reached to the party nor returned to Mangalore office. Several talk has been done with Franch Express courier people regarding this matter. They are not giving any satisfactory answer regarding the same.

Therefore, kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

Dear Sir / Madam,
My father has send some documents through Franch Express Courier Service from Trivandrum to Chennai (Chetpet) on 4th Dec'10. The Consigment no is A15796546 /dt:04-12-10. According to my knowledge the courier has reached chennai on 6th Dec'10. And today's date is 9th Dec'10, but still they didn't delivered the courier to me. I try to contact with Franch Express Customer Care[protected] and also the branch office[protected] from 7th Dec'10 onwards. But their respons was very poor and they keeping on waiting me upto 6 pm everyday(ie, 7th & 8th Dec'10) saying that it will get delivered within 10 to 15 minutes. And One of the branch office person[protected] shouted to me while I am enquring about the courier details.
Kindly take this complaint into your sight and do the needful in the matter immediately. Still I am waiting for the courier to get delived.

Im writing this mail after experiencing a worst customer service, from Franch Express.

I sent a courier from Bangalore to Chennai and i was literally unable to trace the courier. I first called this number in bangalore 23566547, and they told me, they cant trace a courier bound to chennai.

then i called this number in chennai 26411603, the lady promptly forwarded by call to some number, but no one picked the number, i waited on the call for a long time, the lady never updated me the the phone kept of ringing.

And almost all the times, your phones are busy..

Im going to spread the word about your courier and the service you offer.

Hello, I have couriered a set of documents to Bangalore from Chennai on 24th Dec 08 and its 2nd Jan 2009 still its not yet been delievered.When I call the Franch Express Agents, they are asking me the Bill No and the Address to whom I have sent, but they are not able to trace the consignment yet. They say they will return the call in 30 minutes but they wont. The way the agent speaks is not consumer friendly and dicatating terms. They are not accepting their fault and not giving any information about the letter. This is the way the courier company replies to their customers and give service to their customers? These kind of companies needs to be brought under the Consumer forum and penalize them. I am going to take this case to the legal department and bring them to the public's view.
