Even I had a bad (worst) experience witth this courier service. They even dont know the status of the courier which I had send through them.
Please dont send any things through this courier service. They are very irresponsible..

I am selvi from tuticorin booked courier in franch express courier on 4/6/2012 ref no. [protected] and [protected] to nellore (andhra pradesh) but since 1 week past but still the courier is not deliveried to the concern place, even i called to the Head office they say me contact tro some other numbers but if i call to those numbers it not working or wrong number so please dont send any courier by this courier serviceis too bad and they dont handle the customer smoothly .

I HAVE SENT THE COURIER TO MY CLIENT ADDRESS IN POLLACHI THE POD NO [protected] DATED 24/08/2012THE PARCEL HAS NOT REACH TO THE DESTINATION WHEN ENQUIRED TO NEAREST OFFICE THERE ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE TO TAKE UP THE COMPLAINT WHICH WAS GIVEN WRITTEN WITH ALL DOCUMENT EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO RESPONSE CHOR COMPANY NO PROPER TRACK UP FROM PAST 2 MONTH BLOOD SUCKER PEOPLE IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO THE CLIENT WORTH OF RS 3000/- ON SPECIAL OCCASSION NOR THEY ARE PAYING THE AMOUNT OF THE PARCEL NOR THEY RETURNING THE PARCEL I WILL PULL THEM TO CONSUMER COURT WORST SERVICE IRRESPONSIBLE FRANCHISES BULL .
