The above is absolutely frivolous and bogus as there never ever was a person at any centre in India or abroad by the name of Richardson in the employment of Frankfinn since its inception. It seems to be the handiwork of some competitor who has a vested interest in trying to malign and tarnish the image of Frankfinn. Frankfinn is the by far the leader and the world’s no. 1 air hostess training institute with the largest network of centres. It has the best placement track record and has made more air hostesses and flight stewards than all other academies in India put together. Thousands of students have been placed as cabin crew and many more thousands have been placed in the hospitality, travel and customer service industries. Proper information or facts are not told clearly to the candidates/parents to just get the admission. And if someone cancels the admission, they do not get REFUND of the admission fees for ages!
The students are not treated well, even after the admission. They do not get their uniform, bag, badge, folders, etc on time. Infact I have known that the students have got his/her uniform/bag, etc after almost their course was completed. Does anyone need 01 year to get a bag or a uniform stitched?? Barring some centers, all other are in hopeless state, wherein ACs, lights, projector, computers, etc are not working properly, chairs broken, classroom in poor conditions!
Not only this, when students are taken for inflight training, they are ill-treated, made to wait for 6-8hours in their office premises, as their inflight training is done in midnight only. Students have to be awake whole night!!
You will find several ex- students across all branches, who haven't got their due certificates after completing the course!! Its useless to follow up with them, as every other month you will find someone new on the desk who will assure to take care of your complaint!!
Moreover, many students have been forced to give their testimonials.
After paying so much of money and time, you get pains only!!
Everyone should BE AWARE...Before taking ADMISSION...and get true details from ex-students/employees !!
The students who are claimed to have got job as cabin crew, already had required qualities (good looks & personality, good communication skills, etc) in them. If you have the qualities to be a CABIN CREW, you can be, by applying directly on the airline's website. All airlines give professional training, once selected, which is compulsory also. You will find all details and requirements for the job in their website only.
If you don't have the required qualities for cabin crew, then no airlines will recruit you, even if you are Frankfinn student and have spent 2lac rupees!!! Thus No need to waste 1.50-2.00 lac rupees on such said institutes who could set up this business some 5-10 years back, when there were no proper means of sources to get information and verify the same and thus could easily influence customers. But now its not the same n today's e-generation !!
