Refund my admission fee

I went frankinn for the inquiry Is free they said and also course of cabin crew and that time I said I don't have a that much fees and one of the crew neeru she said I will help you to pay fees I will find you a part time job. After telling all this about course they ask for money. And there employee told us you wouldn’t go back home if you don’t pay money and also they call my mom always and saying pay the fees it's torturing. call your parents over here and give us payment for admission otherwise you will be charged high for same course. We got confuse and pay admission fee.but after that I payed 13, 000rs and take one month the ma'am who guided me shes not responding and taking my calls and after so many call she attended and saying you have pay 20000 rs then only you can join so that time I said no I don't wanna join anymore because I don't have a money to pay . So we told this to neeru (frankinn employee) about our condition but she understand our condition and refuse to pay .now she's blocked me and not taking a calls and messages. I want my money 13, 000 back it's not small money for me .

Please help us to get money back.
