Fullerton India Credit Company Limited — For a two wheeler loan 2 emi deduction in a month - loan account#[protected]

I have taken a loan from fullerton for two wheeler in the 2010, mine first emi was decucted in october 2010. Loan Account Nos. [protected]

Mine emi is 1948 for 24 months. But mine first deducted was 2239/- I complaint about it and they told me that the ecs 2239 was bounced, but in mine bank statement it shows that it was cleared to fullerton. I asked them for the bounce note from their banker and they have not given that.

In the month of jan 2011 they told me that this month they will not deduct from ecs and collect the amount from my residence deducting the excess amount which was taken from me in the first emi.

They have taken the cash from my 1657/- As well as dedcuted the emi from ecs after two months in month march they have given me the 1948/- Refund cheque and in the month march they have deducted two emi thorugh ecs one on 5 march and the other on 18 march 2011 of 1948/-

From 18th march 2011 I am follwoing up with fulelrton but till date no resolution for the same.

I have submitted to them mine bank statement also for the same.

They are not refunding my excess emi deducted of 1948/- Nor they are taking calls and responding to emails.

I am sking them for pre closure they are not responding to this also.

Can you please advice what leagal action can be taken for this harrasment.
