[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit Company Limited — Asking to pay one extra EMAIL to my personal loan | |||
Dear Sir, I took personal loan from FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY LIMITED. Loan amount: Rs. 50,000 Tenure: 36 months. Duration: 05/08/2010 to 05/07/2013 I have been paid all the EMI and contact customer care to know settlement procedure (how to get my cheque leaf and NOC). They said you have to pay one extra EMI (that is, 36 + 1 = 37 months) as per RBI guidance. I did not received any letter regarding this prior from FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY LIMITED.
