[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit Company Limited — Person Loan Fraud | |||
Dear Sir, I Had taken loan from Fullerton India with lAN [protected] for Rs, 70,000. This is to inform you that while applying for loan they told me that interest will be 26 % wherein when they processed the loan they applied 36 % interest. Initial they told me that there would be minimal processing fees of Rs. 3000 but when they sanctioned the loan they charged me Rs 9000 processing fees. At the time of application they told me that loan will be recovered within 28 months. I dont know how they jave made the repayment period of 48 months. It was decided that ECS will go from my account and we mutually agreed to it. Thereafter suddelny their ECS system was not working so they requested me to pay to fullerton representative. I have been regularly paying to them. Sir i have paid Rs: 80,000 to fullerton still they are saying they have outstanding of Rs. 61,000. Sir they want me pay Rs. 1,61,000 against the loan amount Rs.61,000. Kindly help me on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

Fullerton — Fraud
I had applied for loan through Fullerton and declined the same when i came to know they lied about the interest percentage and the yrs of loan. . . I went to the office at Mogapair and signed in there ledger and cancelled the loan and never collected the cheque... but they took the EMI from my account for the amount of Rs 3800 on March 2009. They are still returning it............... Im an salaried person who havea dependent parents and each money is very important for me... this is Ridiculuse.. I have walked to there office 100 times and each time it is new person and new story.... I want this amount alonge with the interest of keeping that amount with them for so many months @ the same interset rate which they take from the customers....My contact no is - [protected]
