[Resolved]  Fullerton India Credit Company Limited — they are charging Interest more than what the sign at the time of provide

Sir/Ma'am,

I'm FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY Limited customer with Loan No. [protected] from 2 years (almost.) and paying EMI on very time.
I would like to tell you from very the beginning when i need a loan.

FULLERTON executive had a call with me. He told me that they can provide the loan on 18% rate of interest. But I asked him to some reasonable. He request to me to visit his Nehru Place branch. I do the same. There I met Ms. Mamta. after some bargaining She told me that they will provide loan with 17%.

I asked her that, Is there any hidden coast? She replied, No there is not any. I asked her again and got the same answer. Finally I deposited all relevant
docs. with your company and asked to back Kit/Documents. They Replied me that your document kit sent to you home address and will reach you within 15 days.

Finally I got the loan amount (100000 + 4000 rs.) in my bank a/c.
After 1 month I again complaint for my kit, in FULLERTON branch they again told me, will meet you within 15 days. After this I complain many times but got the same answer. Finally I left it because I believed them like blind for this fraud fraud FULLERTON company.

After paid my 18-19 EMI, I visited FULLERTON branch and asked to close my a/c. That time I asked them to show my a/c detail.

Sir Seriously I was shocked when I comes to know the realty. They have taken 29.62% rate of interest. I told them that I think there is some mistake as I've taken with 17%.

Sir, I'm really really very upset this time. I recently visited FULLERTON Nehru Place branch and Meet branch Manager. He told me that, will definitely do something about it. I've called him many times, but getting the same answer.

Now finally I stopped EMI for this company.

Sir/Ma'am Please Please help me for this query.
