I had taken a PL from Fullerton and have paid 8 EMI's now I want to fore close the same and have been calling the customer care numbers since last 1 month. But the moment the customer care associates hear about Fore closure they put down the call.
I went through online forums and can see that 99.9% people are facing the same problem.
Can anybody please suggest how can I have this processed smoothly?
OR I have Advocate friends who work in Credit/Loan companies; so will wait till tomorrow else will proceed for legal steps. Was this information helpful? |
