[Resolved] Fullerton India — Loan Complaint | |||
I have taken personal loan from Fullerton India,whereby I have completed 7 installments Rs4208/-p.m that means around Rs.29458/- I have given and now I wanted to closed the loan by paying remaining amt.Asking on this,the bank is telling your principal amt. dues are 94409.72/- still balance. PAY DETAILS Principal Interest Paid 6,876.42 22,579.58 Due 94,409.72 0 You are requested to pls. guide me how to take the issue further. Is these types of banking operations are acceptable????in India Do these types are banks do not have any control by RBI??? Was this information helpful? | |||

They are right because this lone case will be like from the 1st EMI they will be calculate intrust for Principal and some nominal amount as EMI.
so what ever you are paying initially that wont be consider as principal amount, that is along with the intrust amount. don't close the lone keep that amount in your bank and pay the EMI till duration of loan, that is better, and after completion of you last EMI, don't forget to take the clearance from the Fulletron.
