Dear Sir/Mam, My self Rajesh Younger brother of Mr.Rakesh Nayak.We taken a loan dated 13/04/2011 vide loan no-[protected].We have already paid the installment amount which was cost for RS 64000/-approx(where the vehicle On road price was Rs 50600/-)After installment i gone to your home branch and there Ms.Priya told me that,"You have to pay Rs.1386 as a penalty charges,because your 6 cheques has bounced during the installment peiod .You have already paid Rs 1100/-Approx,as for 1 time bounce of cheque Rs 642/-will be charged to customer as a penalty charges".When i talked to the customer care they told me that,if your cheque bounces then Rs.281/- charge as a penalty charges for 1 time. And a very big issue is that when i finance the vehicle i was promised that the vehicle will cost me Approx 59-6000 approx,my Financial advisor was Mr.Himanshu who is now terminate from your organisation. Then who is the person in which i have to trust & which words i shall beleive ????? Can you explain me that after finance the vehicle you can't co-operate with people . It shows the company reputation & its goodwill in market.. In one word i want release the NOC ASAP. Fullerton India (Finance — Regarding Issue of NOC
Dear Sir,I (Manish Ramchandra Sonawane) have taken loan from fullerton India company; my Loan Account No. is [protected]. I have paid all the EMI for the same in time & as per the scheduled provide by company.
I am requesting company to provided me NOC from 07/07/09 but till date 17/08/2009 issue not received the sameafter repletative followups by emails & phone cals.
IQuery shall be esolved in 48 hours as per grivence procedure of the said company as infomred by company. but till datw after lpse of 41 days no NOC is issued.

and I have requested for both NOC and return of PDC cheques to my office address, the ref number for the same id RMM252INBNOV030040.
Inspite of frequent follow I have received any propmt response.
Pls look into this and do the needful.

Regarding issue of NOC — Regarding issue of NOC
This is in regards to my Account # 425544.I have been sending letters again and again for the issue of NOC towards the Hire Purchase account # 425544 which has been cleared against my vehicle vide Registration No. DL9CC5610.
Please issue the required certified letter addressed to the Transport Department , South West, Govt. pf NCT Delhi for the termination of the H.P. and send the same to me as well.

Financial Advisor — Misbehaviour
HiI, Vishal gaur, requested for a mobile number ending with 410417. Some one Mr. harsh called me up on 06/06/08 for this number stating that this number is available & when can he send the executive for the same. I told him that I am out some where you can send your executive tommorow morning at 10.30 am to my office address but he simply refused that we can't provide you number tommorow & I said ok. Today once again he called from no [protected] & asked me once again same questions & once again I told him to send the executive on monday morning as I am in meeting outside my office. And hights of misbehaving is that he replied that "HUM DRAMEBAJO KO NUMBER NAHIN DETE JO HOTA HAI WO KAR LO". Pls suggest whom to complain.
