Fullerton India — Personal Loan NOC not given

On complition of my loan payout, I requested the said company for NOC - and then I was told about a cheque bounce penalty of INR 281 has been imposed against my loan a/c :- [protected] due to late deposit of first installment cheque - the said cheque was handed over to Fullerton employees at their now non functional DumDum Branch ( near Nager Bazar ).

As per policy, they had taken 5 post dated chaques and one cancelled cheque.
On 4 cheques I had to put amounts which summed up to total repayment amount ( including Interest & Principal ) .

1 cheque was for my 1st EMI ( total 48 EMIs of 4353 each ) & 1 cancelled cheque to start ECS .

Now post completion of my all payments without ever defaulting - they are asking INR 291 as cheque bounce charge - however reasoning that cheque was not bounced but took time in clearance.
